From psychosocial sick leave to well-being and attendance at work

The psychosocial working environment in the Nordic region is changing as a result of big changes and increasing demands at work. Warning bells are sounding over rising levels of sick leave and more measures are being put in place to turn the trend. Employees who feel they have little control over their own working situation are particularly exposed. Municipalities react with innovative solutions to create a working environment where psychosocial absenteeism is turned into well-being and attendance.
