- Researchers from Aalborg University have spent two years interviewing 86 migrant workers from 13 countries, all of them construction workers in Denmark.
- They also interviewed 37 trade union representatives.
- The project also includes analyses of registry data regarding workplace accidents.
- Based on this, the research project estimates that only about one in five workplace accidents involving migrant workers from new EU countries is registered.
